Hello, DC Comics super-heroes! This super rare, vintage original 1988 SUPERGIRL promo poster measures 22 by 15 inches, and it features girl of steel art by JOHN BYRNE! John Byrne's name is shown above Supergirl's right leg. This poster was produced by DC Comics to increase sales of comic books like the Adventures of Superman issue 443 and Superman issue 21 and 22, and of course Supergirl is shown taking Superman's logo down and replacing it with her own.
VERY IMPORTANT INFO: This comic shop dealer-only display poster HAS NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED, and it's in NEAR MINT CONDITION! Unlike the vast, vast majority of comic shop dealer promotional posters, this '88 Super girl promotional display poster is ROLLED and was NEVER folded, making it MUCH MORE RARE, desirable, and displayable than ordinary folded promo posters!
It was set aside since the 1980's and escaped being folded during the manufacturing and distribution to comic stores process. And THAT'S what makes this 80's woman of steel poster so very sought after and rare! We just might be the last place on earth who has the extremely scarce unfolded version. And best of all, THIS POSTER WILL SHIP TO YOU ROLLED, IN A NICE STRONG SHIPPING TUBE. This description is (C) Copyrighted, and may not be used without permission.
